Terms & Conditions These are serious issues which will make sure your experience with Alice & Co is smooth running, professional and to your satisfaction so please read carefully. Definitions The "COMPANY" refers to Alice & Co The "BUYER" refers to the purchaser of goods and services Summary The company only accepts orders subject to the conditions of sale to the exclusion of any condition of the buyer. Payment: We accept cheques, credit and debit cards and offer an on- Prices: Prices of goods and services supplied from this date are correct but subject to market fluctuation. Any oversea's orders shall be charged to the buyer at current exchange rates. The company has no control or liability over these rates. VAT & Tax: Overseas buyers should be aware that British VAT is payable and included in the price of each garment. How the duty and tax will be collected? Under international postal agreements, the company must make a Customs declaration on a form, which, in most cases, will be attached to the package. The declaration includes a description of the goods, their value and whether they are gifts or commercial items. The Post Office may charge you for clearing your package through Customs. They handle
packages for Customs examination and, if required, open and re- Usually the Post Office will collect charges on delivery. A charge label will be affixed to the package at the Customs Postal Depot. This will show the amount of Customs charges to pay as well as any Royal Mail fee applicable. Sometimes you may be sent a declaration form, which you must complete and return to the Depot before a Customs package can be delivered. You should not send any payment of Customs charges with the form unless you are asked to do so. Garment Fit and Sizing: The company will make every effort to assist the buyer with accurate measurement tools and sizing techniques. A couture side seam allowance for private alteration and one free adjustment allowance. However they are in no way liable for the purpose and fitment of goods and services supplied to the buyer. The company has no control over the final fitment, suitability and method of their application or use. The company excludes any condition or warranty implied by statue or otherwise as to the fitness of its goods or any other particular whatsoever. Liability: The company’s liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. The company shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and /or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for the quality and purpose of goods supplied to the buyer or to a third party. Returns Policy: The garment you have ordered will have been made exactly to your specifications and
therefore is something that is exclusive to your individual taste and sizing and
cannot as be re- In the event that you do wish to return the garment then please email us to let us know you are returning the item and why. Returns will then be at the discretion of Alice & Co within 7 working days from receipt of your goods. We are unable to refund on any items posted to us later than 7 working days from when they were received. Delivery Times Since each Alice & Co creation is specific to you and you only there is a longer waiting time than an off the peg dress. We therefore aim to have a maximum waiting time of 4 weeks where you will have your Alice & Co item packaged and sent to your door. Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirming the time and date of delivery |
